VideoFly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

VideoFly is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos using various AI models including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Wan 2.6, and others. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits or subscribe to plans to generate videos.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

VideoFly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or fraudulent activity.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating videos based on the model, duration, quality, and other parameters. Credit pricing and consumption rates are specified in our pricing page.

4.2 Credit Expiration

Credit packages have expiration dates. Expired credits cannot be used for video generation. We recommend using credits before they expire.

4.3 Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Creem, Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4.4 Subscriptions

Subscription plans provide recurring monthly or yearly credits. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
